Attention All Employees, Important W-2 Information
Our w-2's have been produced electronically this year. Please check the following web addresses for the company that you worked for. If you worked for multiple companies, please be sure to check all sites.

If you do not have access to a computer/internet at home, we will be glad to allow you to use our application computers to print your w-2 form. Please check with the receptionist at the front desk of your local office. If you have not printed your w-2 by January 31, 2012, a paper copy will be mailed to the address we have on file.
